Brief Answer:
The thyroid can't be the cause of your symptoms.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!
I have gone through your query carefully.

From the results that you attached the actual dose of the Levothyroxine is correct and even though the symptoms you prescribe suggest hypothyroidism it is ruled out from the hormonal result.

There are many studies that have tried to correct the symptoms by adding the dose of levothyroxine if though the hormonal level is within the normal range, but it resulted ineffective.

I would recommend to continue with the actual dose and try to find any other cause for your symptoms.

Hope the information will help.
