Suggest Treatment For Fatigue, Muscle Pain And Memory Issues

Hypothyroidism
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query and the detailed history.
From the information given it looks like a few organic causes might have lead to your present condition and it needs to be ruled out.
On your next visit to your doctor please get the following tests done
1. Thyroid function test
2. Vit D
3. Vit b 12
4. Complete blood count
5. Fasting blood sugar
Hypothyrodism, Low Vit D, Low Vit b12, anemia and diabetes can all lead to similar symptoms.
However I would like to point out that some of the tablets you are on also lead to low energy, especially oxycodone and morphine. Please speak to your doctor about it.
I also suggest you to do the following
1. Have a regular sleep and awake cycle. Get atleast 8 hours of undisturbed sleep.
2. Eat food at regular intervals. Carbohydrates gives us energy and a 'feel good factor', make sure your diet is not devoid of it
3. Exercise, atleast 30 minutes a day
4. Take up an interesting hobby.
I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me
Regards

Check testosterone level
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for getting back to me with the details. I understand it must be very difficult for you especially during the winter months.
Here are my suggestions
1. Many of my patients have tried accupunture and they have had relief from pain, especially back pain. They were able to taper down their pain medications well. I recommend the same to you.
2. You mentioned that you were low on testosterone, please get the testosterone levels checked again. Low testosterone often leads to the symptoms you are currently facing, dosing might need readjustments accordingly. Endocrinologists are the specialist you must be seeing for this .
Regards
