It is necessary to rule out orthostatic intolerance.
Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Thank you for asking on HCM!
I passed carefully through your medical history, and would like to explain that coming to this point, after all these performed tests (cerebral, cardiac, blood work) have resulted normal, probably you need to investigate a possible presence of Orthostatic Intolerance. Several of your complains, like lightheadedness, fatigue, weakness blurry vision after rising, etc, coupled with normal results of the above tests are compatible with such a diagnosis. You have to discuss such an option with your attending cardiologist. To rule out, or confirm such a diagnosis some orthostatic provocative tests are necessary. The most prominent test is Head Up Tilt testing.
Even the pre-syncope diagnosis of your friend, may be part of such a disorder.
So just talk with your doctor, to decide the best diagnostic strategy available to follow.
Hope to have been helpful to you. Greetings! Dr. Iliri
You are welcome!
