Question: I have been talking to a neurologist who said I need to follow with an immunologist. What is am immunologist? I have been diagnosed with diabetes type 2, hypertension, antiphospholipid disease, chronic migraines, 2 concussions, renal hypoplasia, small vessel disease (which many doctors don't know anything about), and trivial bifrontal subcortical left anterior internal capsule white. What kind of treatment and outcome happens in women who are in early 30's?
