Suggest Treatment For Fatty Liver
Question: i have gone through sonography they found fatty liver grade 1 how to cure form this fatty liver and how much time it will take ?earlier i have dignosed XXXXXXX ulcer on june-14.

Grade I fatty liver is not a disease and does not need treatment with medications if liver function tests are normal.(which are normal in your case).
The best method to treat fatty liver is exercise, weight loss and vitamin E. No definite time period is know but it takes at least 6 months for fatty liver to reduce.

my dr. Prescribe me fortibile 300 is it helpful for fatty liver to reduce, which types of exercises to do? Which food I should take? Is it serious threat to life because of fatty liver?

Aerobic exercises are beneficial 30 to 40 min of brisk walk up to 4 times a week should be sufficient. Vitamin e is a good medication for fatty liver. Evidence supporting ursodeoxy cholic acid is not very strong but it can be used.( you don't need medications for fatty liver, medications are indicated only if shot and sgpt levels in blood are raised)
Fatty liver is not life threatening.

My mother is suffering from Syrosys of liver, is there any chance that same will affect me. What vaccine I shoul take to avoid this disease. Is fatty liver grade 1 in my case 100% curable ? Thanx.

Hepatitis B vaccine can be take to prevent infection from hepatitis B ( Hepatitis b can cause cirrhosis)
