Suggest Treatment For Femur Fracture

Question: My dad gone through a surgery for femur fracture, fixed a rod on 20th August 2013.
After that on Feb 2014 Bone marrow has been implanted, still I can see some small gaps in the bone on x-rays report.
He is feeling some pain while walking.

Can you please suggest what next should fix the left problem?

Which doctor is XXXXXXX should be good to consult?

Dr. R.K. More of XXXXXXX AMRI Hospital did all these surgeries and suggested Bone Grafting now.

Can you please suggest the best Doctor is XXXXXXX who can do Bone grafting?

What should be the total cost of Bone grafting?
