Suggest Treatment For Fever And Body Pain
Question: i am having fever from last 3 days.in evening it increases to 100 degree and in day it is around 97-98 degree.there is no body pain running nose etc.last 2 days i am taking dolamide(paracetamol 500mg+nimesulide 100mg) in evening only and fever come down.
today on 3rd day i am feeling weakness and drowsy after came from bath with hot water.now i am in office have 99 fever.

You can take Tab paracetamol thrice daily if you have fever.
Drink plenty of fluids at least 4-5 liters daily to shed toxins.
Take bland diet.
Avoid coffee,tea, fatty diet.
Take multivitamin tablet like becosules once daily for 1 week.
