Brief Answer:
Eye pathologies to be excluded;
Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for asking on HealthcareMagic !
I read carefully your concerns.
You didn't describe pain but only a feeling of fever or hot feeling.
So this is not a cluster migraine in which pain dominates.
As symptoms persist and have a tendency to repeat, i would recommend a detailed clinical examination to exclude an eye infection or a glaucoma (high pressure within the eye).
Even though it is seen more often at the ages over 40-ies, it may be found in younger ages too.
Ear pathologies should be exluded next.
Hope the information will help. Feel free to get back in case of any further queries.
Kind regards,
Dr.Mirjeta
