Brief Answer:
Seems like alllergy to local environment

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for the query.

You seem to be having allergy from the cold environment of Bangaluru which is much greener also compared to XXXXXXX

Please take a course of antibiotics in consultation with your GP in case you are having acute symptoms. When your acute symptoms of thick discharge from nose and fever with throat pain goes, please use a steroid nasal spray like fluticasone regularly during the period you are more prone.

This will help in keeping the nasal allergy under control. This will also reduce the throat infections which usually are post allergic symptoms in such cases.

Use an antiseptic gargle solution regularly and this will also help things a bit in throat.

In case the problem does not subside, you need to see an ENT so that the problem can be evaluated by complete ENT examination which will include sinuses.

Steam inhalation and keeping your face covered while on road should also be beneficial.
