Brief Answer:
Should rule out Dengue
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for your query.
I have seen the report, the levels reflect viral infection which could be minor flu or even Dengue. I suggest you to repeat the platelet count on alternate days and get Dengue NS1 and IgG test also to rule out dengue.
The medications you are advised is good and you can continue on the same.
Hope, I answered your query.
Wish you good health.
Regards,

Brief Answer:
Consultation
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Sorry for the delayed response.
Rashes are commonly seen in viral fevers including dengue and flu.
If Dengue tests are negative , need not worry. It could be a usual season viral fever and will subside on its own after running its course.
Take Paracetamol for fever whenever the temperature crosses 99 F.
Hope, I answered your query.
