Suggest Treatment For Fever, Body Pain And Headache

Question: Hello sir,
My mom have fever, body pain and head ache.she's 50 yrs old.Allergic to Paracetamol
and bp is above normal sometimes.Is there any medicine replaces Paracetamol for curing fever and pain ?

In case of Paracetamol allergy, the other effective alternate medications to reduce her fever, body ache and headache can be either Ibuprofen or Aspirin.
Besides medications do tepid cold sponging and encourage her to take plenty of oral fluids which will help in reducing the raised body temperature.

See that she takes the medications for her high BP regularly.
