Brief Answer:
Heat exhaustion or heat stroke

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

You are probably experiencing a heat exhaustion or a heat stroke.

I would recommend that you take oral rehydration solution (one teaspoon for every kg of your weight) or if not available then you need to drink plenty of fluids and avoid alcohol.. You also need to cool your body by frequent baths and by staying away from sun or heat. It is even better to stay in a fanned or conditioned room.. Please be advised to wear light cotton clothes as well.

If you experience any of the warning signs of heat stroke such as confusion, shortness of breath or palpitations then please seek medical care as soon as possible.

I hope you find this helpful.

Regards
