Suggest Treatment For Fever, Cold And Cough In A 4 Year Old

Question: Hello Sir, my daughter is 4 yrs old and she gets fever, cold and cough very frequently minimum twice in a month from ast 2years. Every time we consult a doctor and use medicines as per prescription. This time we consulted a chest specialist and did some blood tests. On her blood report Polymorphs comes 38% & Lymphocytes 58%, Eosinophiles 4%. Doctor said that she has Asthama and breathing problem. he prescribed Esiflo 125 transheler for 4 months. I am concern for my babies health and can we give the medicicine for long term. So please me your suggestion and advice. Thanks for your suggestion in advance.

So once patient exposed to allergen, there is inflammatory cascade mediated by eosinophils and IgE. So the cornerstone of asthma management is identification of allergen and remove that from day to day life. Common allergens are dust, mites, pollens etc.
The drug you are giving is very good for asthma. So follow your doctor 's advice.
With maturity many children are cured from asthma. The reason for this is maturity in immune system.
So the cure from asthma is possible with maturity. But if cure is not achieved than no need to worry as asthma can be controlled by drugs and allergen avoidance.
