Question: I have been having fever, diarrhea and nausea since this morning and it hasn't gotten better. I try I keep hydrated but I feel too sick to drink water. I went to the doctor and had a ct scan and blood work and everything was fine. Could I have any help on what this might be?

Brief Answer:
Acute gastroenteritis. needs symptomatic care

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. It appears you have acute gastroenteritis symptoms and with all blood work up normal i believe all you need is diet modifications and plenty of rehydration with electrolytes rich fluids.

I usually recommend BRAT diet ( banana, rice apple sauce and toast) until full recovery. You may add yogurt to it. you may take over the counter imodium ( loperamide) and bismuth salts ( pepto bismol) anti diarrheal for the relief of diarrhea and some symptomatic gastric motility like meclizine for the nausea. Consider taking probiotics as well as these help fight the bad bacteria and make the chances of recovery more likely.

I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
