Suggest Treatment For Fever, Diarrhea And Vomiting

Question: I have had a temp between 99 and 100.2 for four days off and on. On days one and two, diarrhea and vomiting. On day two, I got ten red, hard, non-itching bumps on my torso (chest and stomach) 1/4 inch or so in diameter. They all have come to heads and are now thinning and drying out but remain red. I also have a cough, but that is typical for me in spring because of chronic profuse post-nasal drip. I feel much better than in the first two days, but I continue to have this low-grade fever. I've assumed this is a virus and have just been resting. Is this the right course of action, or should I see a doc? I called my primary the first day because of the nausea/vomiting, but they said they couldn't/wouldn't do anything for me unless I came in, something I don't think I could have done without puking on their shoes. So, I suffered instead and got past that part. I am a healthy, 61-year-old female.
Brief Answer:
Probably a viral infection!
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have reviewed this information and the attached images. This is probably a viral infection and I will suggest that you take nothing but tylenol for the fevers. Rest, eat healthy and drink much fluids. This fever should subside by the 5day and rash between 7-10days. I don't see any reason at this time for immediate doctor's visit unless something else comes up.
I hope this helps. I wish you well.
