Hello dear,
Thanks for trusting us about your health care.

I have gone through her reports and in my opinion she is having typhoid fever because she is having positive IgM typhidot test.
It means she is having recent infection.
Widal test is negative because it is quantitative test and see the titres.
It can be positive 7-14 days after infection.
So you should consult your treating and took treatment accordingly.
Hope it is useful, feel free to ask more questions.
Good luck.

Dr., a quick one.. Does it have an impact or can impact the baby.
Brief Answer:
Yes mother and baby both can be affected.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Typhoid fever can impact both mother and baby.
In typhoid fever diet is not appropriate because of loss of appetite so baby growth is affected and it can cause anaemia and dehydration also.
So keep her hydrated with clean water and juices.
And treat her with good antibiotics.
Give her less oily , less spicy, low fibre food.
Hopefully found useful.
Good luck.
