Brief Answer:
Give Paracetamol

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to this forum.
Can understand your concerns.

If your daughter has fever, then paracetamol syrup (5ml=125mg) should be given at dosage of 15 mg/kg per dose.

Suppose if the weight is 10 kg, then dose required would be 10*15=150 mg. So around 6 ml needs to be given.

Also, you should provide some more details of other symptoms like cough, pain abdomen etc so that proper diagnosis can be made.

I hope this will help you.
Take care.
