Brief Answer:
Visit a pulmonologist to rule out TB.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query at HCM.
I understand your concern and situation.

The risk of HIV infection in your case is almost nil as the intercourse was protected and oral sex usually does not cause HIV. For your mental satisfaction you can get HIV 4 th generation ELISA test done which must be done 12 weeks post exposure. If it is negative as in your case there is no need to worry. Now coming to your symptoms I would advise you to visit a pulmonologist to evaluate your respiratory system and get ESR, sputum ZN microscopy and culture for Mycobacteria and X Ray done to rule out tuberculosis. Even TB can lower your immune system and make you prone to get bacterial and viral infections frequently. Also get complete haemogram, LFT and KFT done. The high grade fever you developed could be measles, dengue, etc. The exact cause could only be told after proper tests at time of fever.
