Suggest Treatment For Fever, Weakness And Drowsiness

Question: my daughter is 11 months old and is 7.6 kgs she is suffering from fever and is so loose and not much active and is sleepy all the time .Doctor prescribed her Ibugesic plus and becosule syrup and azithromycin as she has also cut her tongue in an accident at home.Please adivse.

Babies usually are less active during fever.
Ibugesic plus is combination of Paracetamol and Ibuprofen which will reduce the fever. Azithromycin is an antibiotic.
It would be helpful if you could provide me further additional information

1. What is measured body temperature
2. Is there excessive crying while passing urine ? Is urine output adequate?
3. Are there respiratory symptoms like running nose , cough or wheezing
4. Is she passing stools regularly?
