Feeling fevirish and body pain, temperature is around 99, nose block and caugh and cold

Thanks for the query

It looks like you have an upper respiratory tract infection. Here is what you should do

1. Oxymetazoline drops , 2 drops to each nostril twice a day gives immediate relief of blocked nose .
2. Tab levocetrizine twice a day will bring down cough and cold
3. Tab paracetamol three times a day will bring down the feverish feeling
4. Keep yourself warm at all times
5. Avoid cold beverages and cold food items
6. Drink plenty of water
7. Steam inhalation three times a day will also help

I recommend you to start antibiotics if fever does not come down after three days . Please Aporoach a general physican for it

I usually prescribe my patients Tab Azithromycin once daily for 3 days. Most of the times it settles down. I suggest you the same. Please approach your doctor for a prescription after examination
