Question : feeling Fever and Join pain , but no fever , had Sore throat last month and taken Azax -500 , then not felt well taken Norflox TZ for 5 days still not felling well after a month

Hello,

As per your history, you had already taken antibiotics and Still, you are not feeling well so I would suggest to do following blood investigations after physician consultation.

Complete blood count
Throat swab
RA factor
Anti ASO titer
Uric acid level
Blood culture

These investigation may help For proper diagnosis and to choose suitable antibiotics.

Till then continue Cipladine gargles. Keep yourself hydrated. You can take tablet paracetamol in case of fever. You can take tablet pantoprazole in case of acidity as acidity may also cause sore throat. Avoid smoking if you have. Avoid exposure to polluted air.
