Brief Answer:
Size of the fibroid will decrease
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand the concerns.
The medications which your doctor has given will decrease the size of the fibroid in 6 months.
In addition, these will stop the endometrial growth, hence there will be no bleeding.
Once she stops the medications, the periods are likely to resume.
However, the periods will not be heavy or prolonged, and irregular.
The period abnormalities will be decreased due to shrinkage in the size of fibroids.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
