Suggest Treatment For Fibroids In Uterus

Can be managed with drugs alone
Detailed Answer:
Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
I understand your health concern
I would like to see your ultrasound report to advise you better.
But reading your symptoms I think you will be relieved with simple drugs like tranexemic acid and mefenemic acid combination during periods.
But in case pain or blood flow in periods increases or the size of fibroids increase over time then you can try fibroprist tablet for 3-6 months after discussion with your gynecologist.
Fibroprist is a new and effective drug taken in first 7 days of periodic cycle for 3-6 months and helps in patients with smaller fibroids and subtle symptoms.
Just send me your reports first.
Take care
Regards
Dr Manisha

1. Just wanted to know if this can be one of the causes of acne.
2. Secondly, I don't have pain as such but when periods are not there I experience slight pain. Is it associated with that
Yearly ultrasound advised
Detailed Answer:
Welcome dear.
No acne are not seen along with fibroids so dont relate both the things but yes the pain in periods is definitely seen due to fibroids.
So take tranexemic acid and mefenemic acid combination in periods and see tge response.
I have seen the attached report and you don't need any other management as yet.
But definitely follow the size of fibroids by yearly ultrasound.
All the best.

welcome
Detailed Answer:
Welcome dear.
For acne problem you should wash your face at least 3-4 times a day and must before going to sleep at night.
Avoid picking on pimples and also going out in dusty environment as much as possible.
Avoid oiling your hair and also no creams or oily face makeup.
In case you have pimple scars then you can get dermal peels and radiofrequency ablation sittings from a good dermatologist.
All the best.
