Brief Answer:
painkillers, muscle relaxants , physiotherapy.

Detailed Answer:
H I am Dr Gopal Goel Orthopedic Surgeon.
In my opinion Fibromyalgia is very difficult to treat. Demyelination usually does not recover unless some new treatment like stem cells are tried , which you have already taken.
So I would suggest pain killers + Muscle Relaxants + a combination of pregabalin and Mrthycobalamin. Physiotherapy in the form of IFT and Exercises for back may help. This combination may help in neural pain . Short course of steroids may help if taken orally for few days only.
Hope that you may benefit from this treatment. Please feel free to ask any other question.

The problem is that along with the exercise program that goes with the rehab. is the fibro kicks in and the neural stuff starts and the pain from the rehab is just as bas as if I had no rehab? So The stim is for the spinal stim that has been implanted and does not work quite the way it is suppose to, So I guess my question is now should I consider surgery?

Brief Answer:
Surgery not recommended with the knwledge available of yor case.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
What kind of surgery are you contemplating? Surgery is useful only if there is some focal cause of cord compression. As I read your reports , you have too wide a problem. There is no suitable surgery for demyelination and there are multiple disc degeneration lesions.
If exercises increase your pain , then I would not recommend exercises.
I do not see how any surgery can benefit you . I am sure you will discuss in detail with your doctor about surgery also.
Thanx again.

The surgery would be for the destroyed disc in my cervical spine as the canal for the fluids to circulate around my spinal cord is pinched off and suspect of my migraines cause. My GP doctor does not want to deal with my pain management. And the next question is "If there is a Surgeon Doctor in XXXXXXX in the north part of XXXXXXX That could and would be able to do what you have said as the pain Doctors I have been too will not recommend me to any other Doctor or surgeon? That is where my confusion about what to do next?

Brief Answer:
Yes in this case surgery can be done.

Detailed Answer:
Hi in this case surgery might benefit -since it is stenosis( narrowing of canal).
I have no personal knowledge of any neurosurgeon / spine surgeon in your area , but looking through hospital sites and with personal meeting you can decide the best surgeon for you.
Thanx for the question. Sorry I was not of much help in locating a surgeon.
