I was in a accident in January and I been having with pain all over my body and my legs swelling

Pain all over body can be due to various reasons like arthritis, Rheumatoid arthritis,SLE, Drugs, excessive salt intake.

As you on any medications?
Any history of fractures?
Have you done any blood investigations recently?

For now Leg end elevation is advised for swelling of leg.
You can use Diclofenac or tylenol for body pain.
The above drugs are prescription drugs.

I did blood work came back normal they told me I got fibromyalgia

Did Rheumatologist said you have Fibromyalgia?

In some cases Vitamin D deficiency, Hypothyroidism, Vitamin B12 deficiency leads to severe myalgia.
