Question: Hi Doctor,

I am facing bad appetite problem from last 2-3 months that leads to gas problem and constipation.
Because of this I need to think twice before eating
Please help me.

Though the information provided is inadequate, I understand that you are suffering from colitis

I would suggest you stop eating junk food, fried and fermented foods

Take a good probiotic like VSL #3 twice a day - if this does not work in 48 hours get your stool culture done and start antibiotic accordingly
