It would be better if you can give a detailed history, for me to help and understand you.

1)Firstly gas meaning do you have excessive flatulence? ?
2)Or you are feeling constipated I.e difficulty in passing stools or straining while defecating.
3)Or does your stomach feel bloated,
stomach feels full always, or when you eat little you feel full .
4) Or there is increased belching for you (burping). Please tell me your detailed complaints and you have these complaints since how long.
b) Related to food intake or not.
C) Any specific food aggravates your symptoms or not.
d) Any investigation reports available.
