Brief Answer:
Likely to be due to a viral infection.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone through your query and understand your concerns. However, I need some clarifications from you. I need to ask you whether you have been frequently develop cough and cold over the last couple of years or is it just the fatigue and bodyache that comes back? Most often cough and cold occurs due to certain viral infections where test reports are likely to remain unaffected. Some individuals are more prone to catching cold. Such infections are frequently associated with bodyache or malaise. This does not necessarily mean that you have chronic fatigue syndrome. But if you have been having only the bodyache and signs of fatigue and no coryza (cough and cold) associated, chronic fatigue syndrome needs to be taken into consideration.

Taking paracetamol or acetaminophen should help you manage your fatigue and bodyache. If you have been having frequent episodes of cough and cold, I would suggest you to take plenty of colourful fruits and vegetables on regular basis. They contain antioxidants which should help in boosting your immunity. I would also advise you to take sea fish a couple of times a week.

I would await your response.

Brief Answer:
Could be CFS

Detailed Answer:
In such a case indeed chronic fatigue syndrome needs to be considered. Yoga and meditation may help. Adjustment of doses of antidepressants is likely to be needed.
