Brief Answer:
May need proper additional medication.

Detailed Answer:
Noted your history of polyp removal right nostril on Dec 4th, has pain, has to go for cleaning that is painful.
This means there is a scabbing and can cause mild inflammation and infection that can give flu like symptoms.
A course of an antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medicines can help to control any secondary infection which in turn can help you o recover fully.
Please discuss this this your Doctor/ENT to get started on proper medication.

I hope this answer helps you to get a relief and cure.
Please also get examined for possible proper control of allergy, asthma and other problems that you have, may need adjustment of dosages.
Surgery and anesthesia is also a trauma and can cause exacerbation of some diseases.
And the pre-existing medical problems can cause delay in normal recovery of surgical procedure.

Take care.
Please give me follow-up.
I shall be happy to assist you further.
