Follicular skin infection,apply antibiotics
Detailed Answer:
Hi
I understand your concern regarding your skin problem and I hope I am able to help you in the same.
You seem to be having lesions of follicular infection called folliculitis over your body .
Basically this is an infection of the hair follicle .
Application of body oils or moisturisers can be the reason of recurrent infections , so avoid their application.
Keep the affected area clean and dry .
After taking bath ,apply an antibiotic cream like neosporin or mupirocin over the affected areas twice a day .
Wear cotton clothes so as to reduce sweating .
You might need a course of oral steroids if the lesions tend to persist .

Hi again
Some itching or irritation can occur due to change in hormonal levels.
