Brief Answer:
Most likely folliculitis.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
i have gone through your query and pictures. It looks like folliculitis (razor bumps). This can be due to fungus or bacteria entering the follicles while shaving. Using moisturizers like glycolic acid for application on skin before shaving will help to prevent this.
For the folliculitis you can wash the area with warm saline and apply aloe vera gel. If there is no improvement then antibiotic creams or oral antibiotic will be required.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
