Brief Answer:
Better photograph required

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query and photograph.
It's looking like a small ulcer.
Can you please upload a clear photograph of the involved area with hairs removed.
This will help me in giving a closer diagnosis and better way of management.
Waiting for your response.
Thank you.

No, I uploaded several photographs. The pictures are fine. Very zoomed in as well as zoomed out shots. I will not remove the hairs, when I remove hair I can easily get follicultis, or ingrowns which I do not want. Does it look like a wart?

I have upload a few new ones. These are the best I can do, they were taken in low light with the flash mode. They are extremely high resolution and you should be able to see and diagnose.

Genital warts

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the photograph.
It is looking like genital warts.
I treat such cases with imiquad gel to be applied on alternate days for a month.
It works well.
You can try this.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you.

Hi, I went and saw a doctor that specializes in STDs, it is not genital warts. Its folliculitis. She sees warts all day long and said with 100% certainty I do not have warts

You are a fool, it is clearly on a hair follicle.
