Suggest Treatment For Food Poisoning And Vomiting

She needs medical attention without any further delay and till then you can do a few things.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for writing to Health Care Magic, I am Dr Muhammd Ahmad, I have closely read your question and I understand your concerns, I will hereby guide you regarding your health related problem.
Having this much vomiting should be taken care of as this can cause problems like dehydration, acid base imbalance and electrolyte imbalance. I would suggest you to visit a medical facility as soon as possible to get a complete checkup, investigations and intravenous fluids as well as drugs administration what ever the doctor deems necessary.
In this situation, your daughter will not respond much to oral medication well, as she is already vomiting and having diarrhoea too, this doesn't give the medicine enough time to get absorbed through gut.
This being said, you have to take care of a few things till she get's medical treatment.
1) Fluid is the most important thing you have to take care of in this situation. Give her ample fluid even if she vomits it, give her more, at least some of it will get absorbed.
2) Salt needs to be replaced , for that you will need to add ORS (Oral Rehydration Salts) to the water that you are giving.
3) Her blood pressure should be checked if it is below 90/60 mmhg, she will immediately need medical care.
4) Give her light/bland easily digestible food (soups, porridge etc.).
5) Get OTC anti emetic drug and give her that, she may feel better with that.
In my opinion she should undergo a detailed medical checkup in this situation.
I hope this answered your question, if you have more feel free to ask.
Regards.
Dr.Muhammad Ahmad.
