Brief Answer:
You haven't provided enough details...!

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I'll try to give you my best answer, provided that your description was not that detailed! Food poisoning commonly presents with vomiting. Diarrhea may follow. The symptoms usually last for 24 hours or so. Fever is usually absent.
Treatment targets the symptoms, particularly vomiting, so that the patient would be able to drink enough fluids to avoid dehydration. Metoclopramide or domperidone are fine choices and can be given by mouth if the symptoms are not very intense. Otherwise the rectal route or an injection can be chosen.
A practical advice for fluid replenishment is this: you can boil some rice into 1 liter of water and then take the boiled water, mix it with a teaspoon of salt and lemon and drink it instead of plain water. This will help you replenish the fluids AND electrolytes. If you're not able to drink enough fluids because of persistent vomiting then a visit to the hospital might be needed!
Also, if you're having high fever or bloody diarrhea please let me know because more advice would be needed.
Also please note that the aforementioned advice applies for food poisoning only. Other conditions may present with similar symptoms. A clinical encounter is the best way to accurately exclude more serious causes.
I hope I've helped!
If you'd like more information, please let me know. I'll be glad to answer.

Kind Regards!
