Suggest Treatment For Foot Disorder Due To Premature Birth

Question: My sister'in law had a pre mature delivery and gave a baby. But due to pre mature delivery, Baby took additional time to sit,run and speak whatever a normal child takes. after 1 years baby was not able to stand and run so they visited to doc. Doc suggested that this is pre mature delivery child so they did some physiotherapy and made shoes for the kid. She wore these shoes from last five years and now she is able to stand and slight run due to shoes. after her examination, Doc suggested to remove her shoes and asked to wear normal shoes. Now she is 13 years old and good in study but she is not able to run fast as normal kids do. she put her foot in some angle. Please suggest best doc in XXXXXXX so i can go for good treatment. Doc in XXXXXXX said that she has some neuro problem and due to that no instruction sent to her foot by mind. and suggested votox injection for her foot muscle. and injected 2 votox but nothing happend good. Please suggest me good doc or good facility where i can go.

There are two possibilities that come to my mind.
A) foot disorder which is Orthopedic in nature
B) as mentioned by your doctor it could be neurological issue which can cause weakness.

Whatever it is try fortis in XXXXXXX which is a good facility to identify the root cause of the problem and rectify it.

Already you have tried enough at your local place.
I don't feel that botox injections will help.

She has positional Deformity of the Foot from birth. and after applying the botox injection, she feel fits sometimes. So now we are planning to visit Dr. XXXXXXX XXXXXXX in XXXXXXX Please advice is he a good choice for us to treat her. of if you have any good doctor name in XXXXXXX then please let me know.
