Question: hi sir. i want to know i am suffering from vitamin b12 deficiency. and vitamin d i have done test recently in which vitamin b12 is 215. and vitamin d is 12.5
symtoms= memory weak, numness,fatigue.confidence less, confusion.it is for last 4 years
please suggest waht to do.

some one has advised for injection eldervit- 12.

any other test , it is advisable.
