Brief Answer:
Forehead pain

Detailed Answer:
There are 2 possible explanations for this pain.
The first would involve the sinuses. some people are prone to sinus inflammation and this causes forehead pain. There was at least some sinus inflammation last time because the medicines, which presumably treated inflamed sinuses, worked.
the other possibility is tension, as you say. For this type of problem, we would need a neurologist.
I believe the main reason for the pain is sinuses. My recommendation is to revisit the ENT and have him prescribe whatever treatment he deems appropriate.

Will consult an Ent!but i also want tonknow how shud we explain or make her understand to come out of her fears,at times she panics and cries hystericaly,eg she got late for her exam, she cried and was so scared that she would not go for the exam, even after being scolded very harshly she didnot budge,we had to literally force and lift her in the car to drop her,she was normal after she came back from the exam, also there is another help i want, she doesnot accept a no,she will shout and get upset if we as parents say no,she has a younger sister who is 5 ,she feels that we pamper her more than we do her,how do i change all this please suggest!

The best we can do at home is constant reassurance that she is loved. Besides that, it is possible she will need professional counselling.
