Brief Answer:
There is no cause for concern

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Dear Mr XXXXXXX

Injury over the forehead usually causes swelling of eyes and also cheek. It occurs due to seepage of inflammatory oedema fluid and hematoma into the loose tissue of the eyes and cheek. There is absolutely no cause for concern, it will regress over period of time.
