Suggest Treatment For Foul Smell And Increased Urinary Frequency
Question: Hi Doctor, In the last 6 months, I have noticed the following:
1) Increase in frequency of urine passing(has gone up to 10-12 times a day). However, I do not wake up in the night for the urine.
2) Stool motion is not adequate, stool is semi fluid and I need to go alteast twice in the morning. Still do not get the feeling of being empty.
3) Passing of foul gas all through the day and night.
I have just completed by Colonscopy, i got minor ulcers in the small intestine. What is causing the above disorder

to treat this you should add more dietary fibers and fruits in your diet
3. Passing foul smell is suggestive it indigestion or an infection in intestine
You may require a course of antibiotics with avoidance of gas forming foods
your colonoscopy finding of an ulcer is an indication of an inflammatory bowel disease;
final diagnosis can be ascertained after the biopsy reports
Have plenty of fluids
avoid smoking and alcohol
remain cheerful avoid stress and anxiety
