Question : I have a break (fracture) in right foot proximal phalange, how do I treat? Smallest toe

Immobilization by strapping.

Thanks for your query.

If the fracture is in place in the x-ray, it needs immobilization by strapping of smallest toe with the fourth toe. Avoid weight bearing on smallest toe.
