Brief Answer:
You need to consult a pulmonologist and a dermatologist.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXX,

Having seen your questions in detail I am of the opinion that you are suffering from allergy and asthma.

You need to consult a pulmonologist who can have a detail look at you.

For your breathing difficulty certain basic blood tests, a chest xray and a PFT is required to be done. Based on the severity of your symptoms you will need medication which may include anti allergics and inhalers.

If you have reflux disease it may aggravate your symptoms of asthma and you need to take antiacid treatment as well.

For skin allergy you need to consult a dermatologist.
