Clinical evaluation, examination and investigations as the problem is old
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.
Read and understood your problem well.
Since the pain is there for 2 months it is imperative to have proper clinical evaluation, physical examination by an expert and obviously related investigations.
I would advise in such a patient the following:
Investigations:
*Routine blood investigations like Complete blood picture, blood sugar, urea, creatinine, liver function tests, thyroid function tests.
*Urine -routine and microscopy
*Stool: routine, microscopy, occult blood, culture and sensitivity.
*Ultrasonography of abdomen and CT scan of the abdomen
*Colonoscopy
*Upper GI Endoscopy.
These investigations will give us the diagnosis.
Only a proper diagnosis can give a proper curative treatment.
Any Problem more than 1 week should be investigated.
I hope this answer helps you to get a proper diagnosis, and get a proper further treatment. Please feel free to ask for more or if you need further clarifications or if you feel there is a gap of communication.

May be IBS- but needs all investigations to be normal.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your feedback.
Nice to know the inconsistent pattern.
This may be due to IBS. But it is very important to have all the investigations mentioned above to be within normal range to say this to be IBS.
