I am so sorry to hear about this frequent stools that you have reported. I will like to know for how long you have had this. How many times do you stool in a day and what is the nature of your stools(watery, loose)?. Did this start before using activia or is this the reason for using activia? Do you have any other symptom like pain, vomiting, etc? Have you made any changes to your diet?

Diarrhea can be very disturbing. However, diarrhea would not kill as long as you keep drinking enough water to address this. I recommend that you drink as much water as possible to compensate for this frequent stools that you have reported.
