Detailed Answer:
Dr. Hanif warmly Welcomes you!

Thanks for consulting at my virtual clinic. I have carefully worked through your case, and can realize your health worries. Being your physician, I will take care all of your medical concerns.

IBS is a complex of many combined problems and a lot more factors contribute to the cause of the problem.

You need to make changes in food habits. Avoid caffeinated and carbonated drinks, coffee, chocolates, sorbitol, fructose. Avoid junk foods.

Take 1 cup of coconut water daily. It has good amount of soluble fiber. Fresh fruits and vegetables are good for you. Take plenty of water daily. 1 hour before meals and 1 hr after, not with the meals, to avoid flushing the meals faster.

Keep taking low dose imodium after every loose stool. Take pedialyte to replenish fluids lost.

Lactose intolerance and celiac sprue needs to be ruled out by a specialist as these digestive diseases cause diarrhea, bloating, and cramping in abdomen. Low dose antidepressants like Elvail also help a lot for IBS-D. Ask your physician to prescribe for you. It never means you have depression. It will relieve pain and discomfort associated with the disease. Ask for Levbid antispasmodic prescription too. It relaxes gut muscles and relieves symptoms.

In the end I will recommend you to consult a Gastroenterologist for expert and second opinion.

Have a wonderful time ahead. Hope I answered all of your questions. Let me know if you have any further clinical concerns. I will be happy to get back to you shortly. If satisfied here, please give a five star rating and don't forget to close the discussion.

Regards!
