Brief Answer:
Need to improve your immunity

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query.

I need to know your report details for anemia. For anemia you may take dexorange tab or syr two times a day.

For frequent colds, the reason may be low immunity, allergies, smoking habbit. Do you also get fever along with cold and runny nose. Please get complete blood count and immunoglobulin levels to confirm the cause. In either case you will need to take antiallergic medicine to reduce the secretions. You should also take more of fruits and vegetables. Avoid unnecessary antibiotics. Take clean drinking water.

Hope it helps.
