Brief Answer:
Require extensive investigations

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,

Welcome to the HCM,

Keeping in mind the weight loss, recurrent cold, bruises gradually increasing and developing hematoma, the child should be investigated in line of bleeding disorder, chronic infection in the body like primary complex and also some autoimmune disorder.

In my opinion investigations to be done are:
CBC, PLATELET COUNT, ABSOLUTE EOSINOPHIL COUNT, TYPHI DOT TEST, ESR, GENERAL BLOOD PICTURE, MX TEST, CRP, LIVER FUNCTION TEST, CHEST X RAY, URINE EXAMINATION, ANA, BLEEDING TIME, CLOTTING TIME, PROTHROMBIN TIME, APTT Etc.

For the extensive bruises and hematoma she should immediately be given Injection Vitamin K (Inj kaplin) to check impending extensive hemorrhage in the internal organ.
All to be done under the expert supervision of your pediatrician.

Take care of the proper nutrition and hydration of the baby

Hope the query is answered.
