Suggest Treatment For Frequent Gastric Problem

Question: Hi. I am XXXX, 29 years old. I have gastric problems very often. I used to take Nexprofast and Sparacid when in problem. Thorough check up like endoscopy, CT scan and ultra sound has been done and reports were all good. I feel pain in upper abdomen at times. Can you please suggest me something.

Hi..
I got this first time in 2007, then in 2013. And since last 6 months it happens on and off. I take Nexprofast and Sparacid and it gives me temporary relief for 2-4 days. I donot take any pain killers generally, but yes I do take Drotin M during menstrual cycle.

You probably have functional dyspepsia.
Get tested for H.pylori infection.

Take Iladac-L once daily before breakfast for 4 weeks.
