Let me clear myself, is it indentations or bump . Also let me know since how long it has been there.
If it is there since long time then no need to worry , but if it is there since few days or weeks then some tests needs to be done . Kindly let me know .

To answer your question, it is indentation, not a bump. it has been there about 1 month.
Brief Answer:
Nothing needs to be done now.
Detailed Answer:
HI
Thanks for the clarification.
Indentations are common as a congenital defect but a new occurrence of Indentation without a history of trauma is quite rare.
But these Indentations are quite harmless and unless there is any pain or dizziness there is no need to be of concern or do anything about it .
But if in case there is any change in the dimensions of the indentations or some pain or dizziness starts I would advise you to get a CT scan of your Skull to see if there is any problem or not .
Else otherwise nothing needs to be done at present .
Hope this answers your query.
Any clarifications feel free to ask . Else kindly close the discussion and rate my answer.
