Brief Answer:
Detailed ent examination, nasal endoscopy, absolute eosinophilic count.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

I had gone through your question and understand your concerns. The symptoms reported seem concerning and I will recommend that you see a doctor and get evaluated.

With such presentation, I would perform ENT examination to rule out allergic rhinitis, vasomotor rhinitis or deviated nasal septum (nasal blockage). If necessary nasal endoscopy (to exclude pus (sinusitis) or polyp), blood tests (absolute eosinophilic count). You may require steroidal nasal sprays, antihistamines and nasal decongestant drops depending on the investigations.

Hope this answers your question, if you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.

Wishing you good health.
