
Suggest Treatment For Frequent Urination And Lower Back Pain

Question: in the last week I have had the need to urinate frequently. now I have a sudden/acute onset of lower back pain on my right side.oh by the way I recently had a vaginal yeast infection which I treated with monistat 7. no more symptoms from that issue. I do not have a fever or pain of any sort while urinating, just frequency and now as of 6 hours ago lower back pain

First and foremost please get your urine analysed for infection if found positive send it for culture.
After certain age body doesn't respond with fever but the infection ascends up without being symptomatic
Iam suspecting that you could be having pyogenic spondylitis or a renal stone Please get an Ultrasound of Kidney and MRI of your back
Mean while for the severe pain you can start with Diclofenac sodium or ibuprofen
If urine analysis suggests infection start off on antibiotics, but before starting give the urine for culture
